ALWAYS ON
CONTRACT

Contract Clarity

Checks whether price, billing cadence, renewal, minimum term, cancellation and payment commitment are clearly represented across the journey and T&Cs.

PAID PROTECTION
What it does

Reads the subscription facts customers see across pricing, checkout and T&Cs, then compares them with the Contract Profile.

Why it matters

Important terms can disappear or contradict each other after ordinary website and checkout changes.

JOURNEY

Journey Watch

Compares the live customer journey with connected billing and Contract Profile truth, then watches for drift after site, plan or checkout changes.

PAID PROTECTION
What it does

Re-checks the live journey and compares customer-facing truth with billing data and the Contract Profile.

Why it matters

A journey that was clear at launch can drift after pricing, plan, checkout or website changes.

NOTICES

Customer Notices

Tracks upcoming renewals, prepares reminder obligations and keeps supporting evidence organised.

RENEWAL WATCH
What it does

Identifies upcoming renewals and records the reminder obligations linked to each one.

Why it matters

Clear reminders help customers make informed choices and give your team a reliable record of what needs attention.

EXIT

Exit Protection

Checks that the online exit route remains identifiable and compares the observable route out with the route into the subscription.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE
What it does

Checks that an online exit route can still be found and compares observable exit friction with the route into the subscription.

Why it matters

A cancellation route can become hidden or harder after site changes. We verify it without cancelling a real customer.

DIGITAL MARKETS, COMPETITION AND CONSUMERS ACT 2024

The rules around subscriptions are changing.

The UK Government has brought forward the new subscription rules to January 2027. Businesses will need clear sign-up information, renewal reminders and straightforward cancellation routes.

Government announcement · 9 August 2026
Clear before sign-up

The Act sets out key and full pre-contract information requirements so consumers understand important subscription terms before entering the contract.

Reminders & renewal notices

The regime includes reminder and other information notices intended to keep consumers informed before key subscription moments.

Easy exit

Government guidance will address how easy exit and online exit should work in practice, alongside the cancellation framework in the Act.

Cooling-off rights

The regime provides initial and renewal cooling-off rights, including a new renewal period after certain trials or 12-month+ auto-renewals.

Connect once. Keep watch. We compare what customers see with billing data, flag potential compliance gaps and document changes. Monitoring helps you stay on top of obligations; it does not replace legal advice.
