Why price by active subscribers?

The protection engine is the same on every paid plan. Subscriber volume is a simple proxy for the scale of the subscription business being monitored.

Do cheaper plans get weaker protection?

No. Journey Watch, browser verification, alerts, evidence and the reporting rhythm are core paid features across every paid plan, including Enterprise.

What happens if I outgrow my allowance?

Nothing switches off and we do not silently upgrade you. During the soft launch we contact you first, explain the next band and only change pricing once it is agreed.

Do you take control of Stripe or GoCardless?

No. Both connections are read-only for monitoring. SUBSURE cannot charge customers, issue refunds or cancel subscriptions through either platform.

When do Customer Notices start sending?

The notice engine is included on every paid plan. We currently identify upcoming renewals and prepare reminder records. Automated customer notice delivery is not yet active in beta. We will enable it only when the rules and sending setup are ready.

Do I need to use the Control Room every day?

No. That would defeat the point. We alert you when something needs attention, then send a monthly Protection Receipt and fuller quarterly summary automatically.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Paid plans are intended to be cancel-anytime during the soft launch. Annual pricing simply gives two months free for paying for the year.
